If God is such a loving God, why does God let bad things happen?
Well, I know God is a loving God, but I believe that God allows things to happen.
God allows bad things to happen in our lives. It may be 'the taken' of a small love
one or something like 9/11. God always has a purpose and we must try to
understand that, even though it hurts us emotionally. We have to trust God and Ask
God for strength during these tough times.
I am a good person, I do good things, and I don't do bad stuff like
steal, drink or take drugs, so I will get into Heaven, right?
Sorry it will not. Not according to the bible. Works alone can not get you into
Heaven. We are saved by Grace and that is through Jesus Christ. So you must
accept Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior and build a relationship with him.
My mom's pastor prayed for me so, I know I am going to Heaven,
right?
Sorry, just because someone prayed for you does not mean that you are saved. You
must personally ask Jesus to come into you heart and accept him as your Lord and
Savior and build a relationship with him.
I go to church and that will get me into Heaven right?
Only if you have accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior. Just because you go to
church does not automatically get you into heaven. You must accept Christ as your
Lord and Savior and build a relationship with him.
Is NAC another way to God?
NAC or Native American Church is (I believe) a false religion and not another way
to God. NAC is a new religion that was form by mixing Christianity, Native
spiritualism, and peyote.
The use of peyote became widespread among the Navajos sometime during the
great stock reduction of the 1930s - 50s.
I will stop here and will not get into it any further. Even though I have read much
about it, I am not going to say I am an expert.
But I will say this, NAC is a false religion and not another way to communicate with
God. I believe that they are communicating with a god, but the not the True God of
the Bible.
I know, I am stepping on some toes right now, but please understand. There is only
one way to God and that is through Christ only. Using peyote, singing gospel songs,
and using Jesus's name will not get you closer to God. Using peyote is not biblical.
I am sorry, but using peyote to talk to God is not biblical. You may be talking to a
god, but not the True God.
I believe that their are many false gods and I also believe in the True God. The
God of the Bible which is God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
And the God of the Bible (God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit) does not require
the use of peyote.
